multiple delivery sales order

Hi,

Where on the sales order can I enter multiple delivery date? Under item, I have chosen Multiple Deliveries on Delivery Rule, but I only see one place to enter Requested Date. Customer has given us weekly delivery quantities.

Dear Jie Lu,

If specific dates are really important, I would recommend create multiple line item in the sales order for the same product, so that the requested date can be adjusted accordingly. For the same line item multiple schedule line items are influenced by the availability of stock of the product.

The best way for you would be to create a new line item of the product as per customer schedule and release them accordingly. If this does not suit your requirement you will have to try creating a custom solution at your end.

Dear Jie Lu,

There is no option to enter multiple delivery dates in the sales order. You can enter the partial quantity you need to deliver in the post goods issue screen of in the pick task screen and perform Late delivery split, to deliver the items partially.

Thank you for your answer. How can we know the actual schedules from the system then? Say the customer has given weekly schedule for next 3 months, how can we go on the system and see the weekly requirement and plan accordingly? Where do we enter the information?
