Using the minimum fuction

I am trying to get the first date\time that something was done on a patient to display and I am using the minimum function. It keeps giving me the same time for all patients.It should pull 11/14/2019 9:14:56 pm but I keep getting 05/25/2019 03:57:09 pm for all patients????
