Upload the SSL certificates in the key store view TristedCAs and still if you face the issue then use XPI_INSPECTOR to look into it deeply.

Try to open this url from browser. If it has certificates, download them and insert into Certificates and Keys: Key Storage in SAP PI.

Thanks Apu das & Artem solohin for your reply..

problem solved. download the certificates from target URL and Imported into TrustedCA's.

Now channels are working fine but http-403-forbidden.png getting another issue like HTTP 403 Forbidden .

*Ports are opened, host file entry is done, telnet connection is fine.

*In UAT server using HTTP URL and its working fine. But in production the URL is under HTTPS and getting below error.

ERROR: Failed to call the endpoint: Error in call over HTTP: HTTP 403 Forbidden

SOAP: Call failed: HTTP Error response for SOAP request or invalid content-type.; HTTP 403 Forbidden

Please find the attached screen shot for the same and kindly suggest what needs to do.
