Email notification for Disagree button in AICC Wrapper Confirmation

We need to know is there any email notification for L&D Admin if the User disagree to content in the items (AICC Wrapper Confirmation button). If yes, request you to let us know how to set it up in SF-LMS. Currently, the system does not mark completion if User is clicked on 'disagree', but as L&D Admin we need those cases of disagreeing to contents in the Items.

anubhavi.kongadi, the Online Item Status (CSV) report includes information on in-progress training. The User Finished column will have a No value when the user has not reached the end of e-learning content. The User Credit Given column will have a No value the e-learning does not send a completed / pass status.

Your reply made me recheck and realize my initial comment is not entirely correct. When the AICC wrapper is used and users click on the Disagree button the users' online item status will have No for User Finished Yes and No for User Credit Given.

Hi Jorge - Yes, I have checked both report with Agree and with Disagree for a document. Below are the identifiable changes -

* Credit Given will be NO (if you disagree) and YES (if you agree)

* User Finished will be NO (if you disagree) and YES (if you agree)

However, I still need a solution on email trigger to Administrator on such disagree to document - Is that feasible or doable?

Hi jacampos - thank you for your inputs. I shall login to SAP Customer Influence and request for this enhancement so that it helps to understand the agreement of Users during Items completion

anubhavi.kongadi, to my knowledge the system does not have functionality to send notifications when users complete online training; be passed or incomplete. You go to the SAP Customer Influence site to see if an enhancement request has been made that addresses your need.

There is not any notification triggered when users finish e-learning. Learning administrators can run the Online Item Status (CSV) report filtered on the item in question. Then filter the report output in Excel on Object Finished column on Yes and Object Credit Given column on No.

Consider creating a custom report based on the Online Item Status with criteria that gives the desired output to make the Learning Administrator effort more straight forward.

Hi Jorge Campos - The Item does not get completed if User clicks on "DISAGREE" to document enabled with AICC-Wrapper Confirmation button. Without the Item being completed, the Online Item Status (CSV) report would not fetch this Item details. The question is - How, as an Admin, one can identify who clicked on "disagree" to the online content?
