Repitative Manufacturing Planned Order Number depletion

Hi SAP Guru's,

I have requirement that needs to map urgently on one of my client.

I am working on REM scenario. I have assembly line in which final assembled product is my FG. To make 1 PC of final product I have to assumable total 20 parts like each one component part at each stage of production. Now some time in running line I found after assumable 10 part these WIP assembled part I can not processed ahead for for next process. So I will scrap this WIP rejected part in running line.

For the same I put the requirement of 100 PC of FG materials. so after run the MRP system will create a planned order of 100 PC. But as I explained above that in running line I found there is 30 PC of WIP Assembly I am not going to use for next process. So I have to scrap that 30 PC of un-assembled Piece.

So my requirement is that when I am going to confirm assembly scrap of 30 PC for the same planned order of 100 PC. then system should be reduce this original planned order qty to 70 PC automatically (100-30). and in next MRP run system should be create a new planned order of 30PC for full filling the original requirement of 100 PC.

How we can map this into REM scenario.

Thanks in advance.
