C4C Campaign Owner

Hello guys,

A rather short question, is it possible to change the owner of a campaign after its creation in C4C?

If yes, how and what is needed. If not, why not?

The person who created a campaign first will be the owner and it will not be changeable from the ui. You can try data workbench.

I agree it should be open for change. Employees change positions, leave companies and you should be able to move to the new owner.

Thanks for the explanation, though it is not a very understandable one. I think there is no reason why the owner should not be changeable in certain scenarios in a campaign. Maybe you can think of adding that to the roadmap.

The user that created the Campaign will be the owner of the Campaign.

It is concluded that the product behavior in the current version is in line with the product design, which has further been derived from practices followed by a majority of our customers.

Currently, system does not have the field available in the template of Migration of Campaign, neither Data Workbench.

Thanks Arun. Is there a reason why this is not changeable in the UI? It needs to be done by the customer later which does not have any touchpoints to data workbench.
