SAP HR in S4 HANA

Hi Experts ,

We are considering the next steps for SAP HR implementation, for a client who is converting to S4 HANA on premise. Is SAP HR module working properly in S4 HANA?

If so, are there any limitations?

Is there extra licencing needed?

We have an S4 HANA test system and performed basic HR transactions with no problem. Does this mean the functionality is all there?

SAP NOTE 2340095 - S4TWL - Conversion of Employees to Business Partners, refers to Employee to Business Partner conversion. Is that a prerequisite?

According to the following SAP note 2269324 (Compatibility Scope Matrix for SAP S/4HANA on-premise), HCM is available in S/4 via Compatibility Package.

Therefore, I am not sure if any extra licensing is needed.
