GR error from production on RF

Hi All,

I have an error on the RF screen when I try to do the GR from production (See attached) rf-error.jpg I did the picking and the consumption on RF,worked great. and now this error appears at Good Receipt.

The path used on RF is: Rec HU by Manufacturing Order => Rec HU by order => Insert the manuf.order and then the error appears.. 😕

Any ideas?

Regarding the RF Yes,I logged on on the RF with the correct work center. The GR from Production storage type already has "D" indicator at storage type role.. And regarding the link you've sent: I cannot use Consolidation Group because the put-away rule is "2" Addition to existing stock..

The storage bin is also linked with the work center,

I did a couple of re checks in SPRO and the customization seems fine..Definitely I might be missing something but I cannot tell what.

Agreed. For embedded EWM no EGR documents exist, so this error... is not really helpful. Well, have you checked the prerequisites and the process here:

The prereques with PPF actions are not really required, that is only if you want GR posted or WTs created automatically. You have a work center and the user is logged on in the work center (that is part of the RF process)? There is one thing special about the work center and I think this is wrong in the above linked documentation, the work center storage type must have the role "Work Center in Staging Area Group" (not just "Work Center").

Hi,

isn't the error quite clear? In this process the system tries to create an inbound delivery. The requirement for that is an expected goods receipt. This has to be created by running the report for EGR either in ERP or in EWM. I would only say this message is wrong if you are using embedded EWM, as there no EGR document exists.
