Not able to see sales order data tab in VD03

After executing the Tcode vd03 one user able to see the sales order data tab and other user not able to see inspite of having same role .I have taken the trace from the user who is able to see that tab and that authorization obj also exist in that same role ...could you please help me out in this

It may be a good idea to provide some screenshots.

I am not aware of the existence of a tab named Sales Order Data in VD03 in a standard system.

If you have such tab in VD03 it might be that this because you have some add-on activated or that this is a custom development. In the first case - check in the documentation for the add-on, there may be some hints on how this works and what authorizations are required for displaying it. In the second case - look for the development specification; in some custom developments they add additional checks on top of authority-check.

I assume that both users displayed exactly the same data in the same system (customer number, sales area).

If not then assuming that this is related to authorizations may be premature - first check if the tab is visible when they execute he transaction with the same parameters. Only if the outcome is different you need to check authorizations. It is also possible that you need a combination of roles to display the tab which you mentioned. Create a test user in QAS and start adding the roles of the user who can display the sales order tab one by one until you can display the tab.

If all fails you can simply ask one of your developers to assist you in debugging.
