Withholding tax code is available in FB60 after configuration

I have configured withholding tax codes for Krishi Kalyan Cess(KB) and i have input them in Vendor Master , but when i am trying to post an invoice through either FB60 ,withholding tax type and code and not showing in it .Plz advice.
