Running RMBWV313 after making changes to a billing doc

As part of testing I have made changes to a billing doc and scheduled by running the routine RMBWV313. This was fine, it created a queue entry in RSA7 which included my changes. I ran a BW Delta load to extract the change.

If I make another change the routine does not run and populate the queue (I have even tried to delete the RSA7 queue and made new changes and re ran). Is there any limitations? Thanks

I am just running the program RMBWV313 which I believe does the same as if I scheduled the job from LBWE. It runs when I run program first time but not subsequently. Thanks

Hi Niten,

In that case i think you didnt set the periodic values. i.e how often job should run. Choose either hourly or daily etc.. and then save it. Then schedule the job. You will see the job running periodically and deltas will be captured properly.

Hope this helps.

Cheers!

Thanks for that, had a look at the note and to be honest could not make head nor tail of it. However, the extractor is billing line item, I have checked the job log which shows the job as status released

Hi,

The job is just released, it does not mean that the job is over. So the records have not reached RSA7 . I think we can still execute immediately this job by Tcode SM36.
