SAP Contact Center Reporting (BusinessObjects universes)

Hi,

SAP Contact Center (formerly known as SAP BCM) already provides a reporting package that contains a set of universes and reports. Unfortunately, I can not find any documentation on the universes where all the fields are described.
Is there even a documentation? If so, where can I find these?
