HI,
I have requirement, where user want planned order quantity depletion in MRP after the Assembly Scrap confirmation in MFBF Tcode.
Example scenario: I have planned order of 100 Qty, and i have performed the assembly scrap confirmation for the 10 Qty.
then in Next MRP Run the planned order qty should be 90.
Thanks in advance.
Venkatesh
Hi Venkatesh,
In MFBF irrespective of any posting (Assembly back flush /Reporting point confirmation) Planned order will be automatically firmed. Before running MRP make sure that firmed planned order are deleted/ unfirmed. SInce MRP will not delete the firmed planned order.

Hello,
Once you do the MFBF planned order gets firmed which will not be deleted by MRP.
So you need to have unfirm planned order so that MRP will delete it and create with required quanity.
Go to REM profile's setting OSP2 From "Control data 2" select "do not firm" indicator. So planned order will be unfirmed and MRP will delete and recreate it.
Please refer SAP KBA 1901138 - Firmed planned order cannot be deleted after MRP run

Hi Brahmankar,
Please find below screen shots.
MFBF screen - where i am scrapping the 2 qty out 10 qty of planned order.
MD03 screen - here i want the planned order qty should be decreased with 2 qty. and the planned order requirement qty should show only 8 qty.
and 2 qty should be displayed in scrap column in here.
Thanks
Hello,
When you post the scrap does system posted 131 movement? Check the material document which posted as scrap.
Assembly scrap at MFBF no movement type 131 only components are posted with movement type 261. So it would not reduce the planned order.
For more details please refer SAP KBA - 2029238 - Scrap component at MFBF
