Hi Raju,
Of course SAP_ALL profiles contain all main ChaRM authorizations, both for the SolMan system and for managed systems as well. But since we are dealing with an integrated scenario that uses trusted relationship for Remote Function Calls, you should also take into account special authorizations S_RFCACL, that are not included in SAP_ALL for security reasons.
As our colleague already advised, you will find the detailed information in SAP Help security guides:
Users and Roles Change Request Management
Main Authorization Objects Change Request Management
Trusted RFC: Authorization Objects S_RFCACL
Also check help text for the step in SOLMAN_SETUP -> Change Control Management -> Managed System Setup -> 6.1 Create Managed System Template Users
Regards,
Alexander

Hi,
please check the security guide as provided on SolMan Help.
You can trace the auth.object with tcode su53, then check with SUIM and identify the relevant role in the document.
kind regards,
