How to get Screen Personas in Suite on Hana

Hello all,

We are migrating from SAP Net weaver to SOH(Suite on HANA),

my question is does SOH supports SAP Screen Personas or do we need to buy the License separately..

what exactly the benefits of Screen Personas compared to Standard sap screens..
