Learning plan report

Good morning, I would like to ask you if there is a report that brings MY LEARNING PLAN displayed by the user in your instance and additionally a column that shows me if those Items are Scheduled Offers; Self-assigned or Programs, is this possible?

I would also like to know what steps I should follow so that the Comments column in the LEARNING HISTORY report is not distorted when I open the CSV file with excel.

Hello Lorena,

The standard report is User Curriculum Status, however as maybe you know this is not containing which of those items contain scheduled offers.

I have two workarounds for this one, you can use an item type for online courses and other for instructor led. Also you can get help of a programmer and ask for an adjustment on the standard report. There is a free tool called Plateau Report Designer, this tool allow you to dowload standard reports and transform it so you can bring those that have scheduled offers.

For your second question, you report is distorted because somebody added commas on their comments.

Here you can ask your instructors not to use commas, also you can open CSV with notepad to delete commas on comments save and open again in excel.

Sorry I know this is not what you were expecting, but this is the normal behaviour of system.
