Setting up MN05 to send a PO only once when saving.

Hi. Our SAP system is currently set up in MN05 to 'send with application own transaction' so we have to send PO's manually. We want to set it up to send upon saving which would be 'send immediately (when saving application)'. However, we also only want a newly created PO to be sent once. What we want to avoid is the PO being sent to the supplier each time an amendment is made to the PO and saved. How would this be set up please?

You may remove the settings for message triggering for change (2) in OLME - Messages - Output Control - Message Types - Define Message Type for Purchase Order - Fine Tuned Control, so that system wont trigger the message for change. In case output is required after change required, user may manually add the output type and trigger the message.
