Deficit of BA Blocked stock

Dear Gurus,

while executing the movement type 325, ie block to block stock within same plant, we are getting error message like

" Deficit of BA Blocked Stock", but material stock is available in MMBE

This stock originally posted for goods return from customer , posted on 07/30,

Trying to execute movement 325 on 10/29, please let me know how to resolve this issue.SA
