Hi CAI Experts,
I seem to be unable to find out how to connect to my chatbot via phone. All given options like Twilio and Skype are for text message only. Am I missing something?
If no solution provided by SAP, is there a 3rd party approach?

Hello Peter,
If standard connector is not available you can build your own custom connector and use sap cai sdk to connect sap cai chatbot from your platform. You may get idea in below blogs how to use sap cai sdk to build custom connector.
