GUI 760 Text Not Displaying

I have installed GUI 7.60 Patch 2. If I go to FB03 and display a document. Then drill into the invoice line. Then select Extras > Texts and choose Correspondence the screen opens but no additional long text is displayed. But I know there is text and it should display some text. Why is it blank?
