We have a requirement where when carriers delivers goods to customer, the actual delivery time along with quantities should update the TM status . Can the experts throw light how EM can be used for the following scenarios:
a) In case there is delivery quantity discrepancy, in that case how EM can be used to report this since TM wants this information to be captured at header level.
b) Also to update any TM FO status once goods are delivered , I assume we can use EM to post this information from the carriers. Any technical details for this interface set up will be highly appreciated
