    Dear Yogi,

In SAP ByD Production Orders are designed to capture employee responsible in Execution Monitor tab , In the Execution Monitor Tab , Name of the person who processed Production Order is captured with event type he was responsible or assigned to, Further if you double click on employee name his employee id is also shown.

    I hope this helps.

    Regards,

    Sandeep

    • Dear Sandeep,

Thank you for your reply. i want to capture labor resources who have worked in production order.

For ex. in one production order i need 10 labors and another production order i need 15 labors in order to complete the production immediately (complete the production quickly). i need this for payroll purpose.

is there anyway we can process this.

    Dear Yogi,

If the labor resource vary as per your production order then you can add them in while confirming your make task for the relevant production order. You can add them under the resources tab in the make task confirm screen. Please refer the screen shot for more details.

You will be able to maintain your labor resources as per your expectations.

    Dear Yogi,

There is no integration with payroll via production. You can capture the employee resources working in a production order via the above method I informed you. You should be able to calculate the costs and duration via your WIP clearing runs and then take an action accordingly.

    • Dear Anand,

I also want to achieve the same scenarios

i want to capture the employee id(the person who is working physically in production order)

For eg: in one production order a group of 10 people are working and i want to capture these employees & employee ID and in another production order another group of 10 people are working and i want to capture these employees & employee ID

kindly let me know if we can process this

      Regards,

      Guna

    Dear Guna,

The only option available at your end to capture the resources working on a production order is via the earlier answer I have provided here. You will have to create and maintain your employees as employee resource and assign them to the production make task as per the screen shot.
