We have surveys assigned to tickets via routing rule. Is there any way to find which user has updated or completed the survey in the ticket? The changes tab in tickets does not seem to capture the changes done to the survey.
Dear Anil,
Changes made to the Survey do not appear in the Changes tab of the Ticket. The reason is because, Survey and Ticket are different Business Objects. Any changes done to the Ticket object appears in Changes tab of the Ticket.
This is the current system behavior.
