Mail attachments to File - How to get attachment name

Hi,

In Mail to File Scenario where each attachment of file has to store in a directory. For this, I configured scenario as per SAP Note 2040884 Mail attachments to File where I see everything works fine but only concern with filenames. Mail attachment name I see in Main Payload content-Type for example Content-Type : Application/xml;name=xyz.xml where xyz is the attachment name where I have to pass it to dynamic configuration File name. How can I access Content-Type of Main payload? Appreciate your help on this.
