Unable to mitigate risk in access request risk violation tab.

Hi,

I have a request raised for business roles where in business role have risks. When a risk owner tries to mitigate the risk in access request page under risk violation tab, control id and monitor is not appearing even though risk and rule ids are added to mitigation control. Please see below screen shot for the same.

Also I noticed if I am adding rule ID as * in mitigation control I am able to see mitigation control.

Can someone help with resolving the issue.

Hi Akash,

Looks like an authorization issue,try to run trace on the risk owner and also check SLG1 logs.

Hi Akash,

I guess, there is no control assigned for this user or risk so you need to create one so that it will be considered for this user from next time to apply automatically.
