Hi Team ,
I have a requirement to configure "opportunity contact roles" . The issue is as below :
I am not able to see the "Contacts " facet on the opportunity BO on KUT . I have tried going to adapt mode also , but there also this tab isnt avaialble . Not understanding , why ? ," Contacts " facet is standard out of the box tab given by SAP , then wht is the issue . The opportunity is correctly configured . As ssen from the screenshot , its available on the overview of opportunity .
Pls suggest on this . what is cause fr this .

This could be the result of a page layout assigned to your user or that it was wrongly handled from the KUT Perspective and might have been deleted.
Please check the Change transactions associated to the UI component mentioned below
/BYD_COD/SalesOnDemand/Opportunity/UI/COD_Opportunity_TI.TI.uicomponent
Go to Administrator --> General settings --> Layout Change History
Here filter and check with the UI component and look for changes related to ElementType="NavigationItem" and check the propoties,
