SMP Agentry Client Error: Client Locked out:unable to find Loginmodule Class

Issue: SMP Agentry Client Error: Client Locked out:unable to find Loginmodule Class:com.syclo.sap.auth.smpssogen.Login-ModuleSMPSSO2

Followed steps are done using Installation guide 6.5.0 ,session 7.3 Step 6

Ignored steps 6a and 6b and completed 6c and 6d.

Please help resolving the issue, here is a log files and classpath define in Application
