Mail form to Dispatcher

Hi guys, I have configured support team determination using BRFplus and it is working fine.

The thing is, I want to send e-Mail notification to Business Partner that rule calculates, as default, the action definition ZMIN_STD_FIND_PARTNER_FDT works with smartforms.

Do you know how can I customize to send Mail Form instead smart form?

Dear Oscar,

HTML mail forms can be sent by changing the action definition- smartform must be already set in processing parameters which need to be replaced by the HTML mail form. All details are at the link: https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/SM/HTML+Mail+Forms#HTMLMailForms-3.PPFAction
