RFC to JDBC Adapter

Actually I new to SAP PI. I don't know about JDBC adapters. I am developing RFC to JDBC adapter scenerio in SAP Process Integration. So, Please help me to how to configure the RFC to JDBC adapter in both ESR and Integration Directory. Thanks in Advance to all.
