Hello Silambu,
It seems that the receipt was not posted to the SAP Customer Checkout Manager, check if the CCO Manager is running and also check if you can find further information in the CCO Manager log files.
Try to identify the receipt that was not posted to the CCO Manager. In the POS, go to search > Receipt > "Advanced search" > find the "Transmitted to SAP Customer Checkout manager" parameter and select the option "Not posted to SAP Customer Checkout manager"
And try to repost the receipt again.
If the issue is still happening, check the CCO log files and cco manager log file and check if there are any further information.
Another point: What is the version of SAP Customer Checkout and SAP Customer Checkout Manager?

maybe the error is because Integration Framework service is stopped. Be sure this service is running.
