init delta: if you want deltas for u r infopackage you have to intiliaze first. If the initiliazation is over then u have to go for deltas in the next infopackage. then the deltas information is available for you i.e the new records and the changed records.
if u have already done full update and u want to do delta initilization then you have to go with out data transfer because you have already loaded data in full update. This option makes initilization of delta with out loading data.
