Web Intelligence | 'processDPCommandsEx' API Error| 4.2 SP06 | Oracle Query | Multiple Data Sources

Hi All,

Am having following issues

1) 'processDPCommandsEx' API Error (this error not coming for single query)

2)The following database error occurred: ORA-28547: connection to server failed, probable Oracle Net admin error . For information about this error, please refer to SAP Knowledge Base Article 2054721 on the SAP Support Portal. (IES 10901) (Error: INF ) - this come sometimes for single query as well

fyi all the reports were working fine until 2 days ago and all the quries are fetching results from toad as well

i followed below items to solve the issue, but its not

1)Did tns ping from server, pinging

2)reinstalled oracle client in server

3)restarted the Business Object services and Oracle server

I could not find out the root cause of this issue.

Appreciate if i have an feedback, if any came across this issue
