How to change Date format of the Success Factors model?

Hi Team

We have created a storyboard with the Success Factors data source model. It contains user id, user name, and Date of joining fields.

Crosstab: Export data into CSV file and date of joining format is MM,DD,YYYY, here how to change date format like DD.MM.YY.

Please help on the above issue.

Hi Chandrasekhar,

Please take a look at SAP KBA 2498557 - Date format is inconsistent between CSV exports from Table reports / Canvas reports: https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2498557. Guess the best option is to export data as XLSX but take a look at the KBA!

As my understanding is export data(crosstab) into Excel file and changes the format in the local system.

My date as like below in the excel file,

Date of Joining: Jul 7, 2019 (2019)

We are expecting: 07/07/2019
