Cost Center - Application type - SAP GUI tiles are missing in Quality after transport.

Followed below Prathyusha's Steps to activate SAP GUI Apps.

"You will not find any standard tile for SAP GUI Apps. You have to create a custom catalog and custom group to make tile visible in FIORI Launchpad. And also you have to create a HTTPS RFC Connection for SAP GUI Apps..

Step 1 : Create a custom catalog and click on + button to add the tile and select static tile.

Step 2: Give the title as per fiori library or as your wish then give the semantic object and action by the reference of fiori library and parameters will be "sap-ui-tech-hint=GUI" and target URL keep it as blank and save it..

Step 3: Now go to target mappings and create target mapping there you give the semantic object, action and title same as you given in the tile configuration.

Step 4: Select Application type as transaction and in the Transaction tab give the T-code(For example for your requirement you have to give the VL01N), and system alias would be your HTTP RFC Connection..

Step 5: Now create a custom group and add the tile you have configured..

You can see the tile in the launchpad.."

My Question is: Cost Center App F0949 is having both Webdynpro and SAP GUI tiles. I have successfully activated both tiles in development but when transport that app to quality only webdynpro tiles are displaying and SAP GUI tiles are missing.

Tried this link also for transport.

https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/SAPMOB/How+To%3A+Add+existing+catalogs+and+groups+in+CUST+scope+to+transport+requests

Please help me to fix this problem.

"You will not find any standard tile for SAP GUI Apps." - this is not an accurate statement. All the SAP GUI tiles are present in the technical catalogs that are available in the back-end system (in case of hub gateway setup), these need to be replicated on the front-end gateway system. The replication has to be performed in each DEV, QA and PRD systems. Then they can be copied to the required custom business catalogs (as references) and groups. Of course the HTTP connections need to be created on the front-end system.

You only need to create a new tile for a SAP GUI transaction if a standard one is not available - this can be checked in the Fiori Apps Library.
