Error C4C Ticket docflow for Delivery document

Hi Expert,

I have an error when i call the documet flow from C4C to S4H when after the sales order creation in C4C, i try to create the delivery document.

The text error is:

Error when retrieving external document flow: SoapFaultCode:5 An internal error occurred. For error details check MPL ID AF2zCStQfIPNF3jxBtYyFsksuOHh in message monitoring or use the URL https://l700693-tmn.hci.eu2.hana.ondemand.com:443/itspaces/shell/monitoring/MessageDetails/%7B%22mes...

Hi,

in order to find what is causing this error you need to log in to your CPI tenant(https://l700693-tmn.hci.eu2.hana.ondemand.com/itspaces/shell/monitoring) and look for message ID: AF2zCStQfIPNF3jxBtYyFsksuOHh in the montitoring. There you should be able to find where this error is getting generated. Is it in S4 or is it a temporary issue?
