MAXDB Studio 7.9 - Could not login, could not access to user management.

Hello,

after 1st configuration and restart we can't login to MAXDB STUDIO 7.9.09.10 (Windows Server 2012 R2, MAXDB 7.9, JDK 1.7) with error:
"Could not login" and "Could not access to user management"

Event log isn't helpful. The tip of Link (delete directory ..\user\myaccount\.sdb wasn't helpful too)

Have you any advices?

    our solution: shutdown of the maxdb-instances and processes (services.msc), then repeat the installation of maxdb-studio. restart.
