MAXDB Studio 7.9 - Could not login, could not access to user management.


after 1st configuration and restart we can't login to MAXDB STUDIO (Windows Server 2012 R2, MAXDB 7.9, JDK 1.7) with error:
"Could not login" and "Could not access to user management"

Event log isn't helpful. The tip of Link (delete directory ..\user\myaccount\.sdb wasn't helpful too)

Have you any advices?

    our solution: shutdown of the maxdb-instances and processes (services.msc), then repeat the installation of maxdb-studio. restart.
