Without having to define the Organisation Management with HR, how can we use this with Agents as SAP User id's

    Hi,

    Looks like it is possible:

    when you create agent assignment (button 'Insert agent assignment' in transaction OOCU_RESP) you first select object type. The list of possible values contains 'User'. If you choose this value, on the next step it will be possible to provide user id.

    Alternatively you can also use rule based on function Module (determining a responsible for an objet (where the user is maintained on the object)

    From a function module you can also call a BRF+ Function where you can have some very complex rules defined.
