How do I limit manager to approve time sheet for their own team.

I will like to restrict managers to have authorization to only approve their employees. Currently Managers have the ability to approve any employee's time in CATS_APPR_LITE. How do I limit manager to approve time sheet for their own team.

    Hi Yemmy,

    1. You can use Time Administrator field from the Info Type 0001: P0001-SACHZ.

    2. Another (better, but more expensive) way is to use approval workflow, so you will deliver to the manager Inbox only relevant items, because same employee theoretically can work with multiple managers/projects at the same time. The first method is a simple setup when it is just one manager to approve, so 1:N relationship for Manager:Employee.
