During bank statement upload, i am facing the following error
the difference is too large for clearing. I've checked the tolerance groups and they are configured

It is not related with tolerance limit , please check the main bank opening balance and closing balance , (Main bank balance minus Outgoing bank balance equal to opening balance) then take this as a opening balance) I hope it will solve your issue .
