How to copy multiple excel rows in KEPM

Dear Members,

We have an excel file of sales forecast containing numerous rows which I want to copy all together in KEPM thru one cut and paste hit instead of copying only 14 or 15 rows according to the number of rows displayed on SAP screen.

Your urgent help is required which will save a lot of my time.
