Save layout in S_AC0_52000104 or any other alternate report

Is there any option available where we can enable the save layout option in tcode S_AC0_52000104 or is there any alternate report is available to replace S_AC0_52000104. My requirement is to add few fields and remove the duplicate fields from this report, but could not see any possibility and also there is no SCN posting on this report. Has anyone done any enhancement on this report.
