Issue when creating and saving the PO Message output ALE not automatically saved

Dear MM Gurus,

I have an issue that when the user create and save a PO and display the PO the message output which is ALE is not available in the PO. I have check the config in QAS and compare this in Prod and everything is the same. Simulating the issue in QAS is giving good result while in Prod not. I have checked NACE and Message determination everything is fine.

Any Idea you can share with me what am I missing? Is this an authorization issue?

And what do you see in the determination analysis from ME23N for the problematic document?
