Data Integration - Time Profile Levels not showing correctly

When we go to run Data Integration for a Key Figure, the time profile levels are listed as shown below. This appears to just have happened recently (we normally load from CPI but are trying to do a manual load that was done successfully at the beginning of the month). Any idea why this would be happening?
