Message error VL 622 - material document nof found

Hello team,

I have facing an error through message VL622.

It needs to reverse material document, however was not found by t-code VL09.

1. I already checked in MPKF and MSEG. both of material documents not was found.(1856641 - inconsistency error)
2. Also, I checked LIKP-WADAT_IST) is not empty.(1603244- Error VL622 when reversing goods issue)

I do not understand the language from the screenshots but I think you pasted the outbound delivery number in MKPF/MSEG instead of the material document number. Please check again with the correct document numbers to confirm that there is inconsistency as described in note 1856641.

It is not very clear what is the outcome of your analysis for note 1856641. Is my understanding correct- that you have already double-checked that the material document is not actually archived, right?

Unfortunately the material document is quite old (from last year) which will make it difficult to find the root cause. Have you eliminated custom code as the root cause as well?

Is this a productive system? If yes - maybe you can check whether some tickets were submitted on this date that may be related to your problem. Also, reversing goods issue which was done more than a year ago in the productive environment is probably not a wise idea. Why do you need to reverse this goods movement? Maybe there are better ways to handle the problem.

I would recommend to read also SAP note 2473289 - Error VL 622 in VL09 due to inconsistency in table VBFA/MSEG and check if it is applicable to your case.
