Unable to log on to CMC

Hello,

An error message shows us when we want to connect to the CMC "Enterprise authentication could not log you on." Please make sure your logon information is correct. (FWB 00008) "despite the password is correct.
We checked the event viewer and found these error messages (see the screen shots attached)

It's a new installation, we have two IPS servers (IPS in cluster mode).

versions:

IPS 4.2 SP06

UMC 4.2 SP06
SQL server 2016

Can you help please

    Hi,

    the CMS.exe process has died. You should check with Central Configuration Manager if you can login to the SIA and see the process (or even if it's not running the SIA.exe)...you should also check if there are stale servers with Task Monitor.

    After all, you should restart the SIA from CCM, and that brings up the CMS.exe.

    I'm not sure what UMC is, but the error is self explanatory - you have installed a cluster which is not supported with your license.

    You need to stop everything on one of your nodes, restart other node and then attempt to login.

    Thank you for replying

    I could login to the SIA, and i restart the SIA and Tomcat from CCM but the problem is still there.

    I noticed in the messages showed in Event viewer that may be a relation with licence key
