CAL Data Hub 2.6 instance sporadically down but EC2 instance running

Hi folks!

We are using Data Hub 2.6 trial instance on CAL but sporadically the instance become not accessible even the EC2 instances are running.

Therefore we were wondering there should be some issue/bug for the CAL image of Data Hub 2.6.

(Usually restarting instances resolve this situation)

Anybody aware those situation ?

How can we find root cause for this kind of situation. Specific log to check on Kubernetes cluster ?

    Hi there,

    hard to say. Would need some more details about what "no accessible" means... error message, which error message, no message at all?

    Most likely I would start digging into this from the logs of the nginx pod.

    Best would be drop me a mail (I think you have my address already :-) when it happens next time with details how to access your Kubernetes cluster (dashboard or kubectl).
