Production order 1234 have part 234 Phantom assemble but not blowing through and not showing as Phantom assemble on the production order

I can see in MM03, MRP View2 is SPK is E5-Phantom/Blow thru - Auto updated BOM, for the part 234 Phantom assemble.

Also can you please check the validity and BOM status for that phantom in CS02 or CS03 . ? Also please tell does the dep req flown to its components as per its header req. in MD04 ?

Hi All,

Thanks for your great help, we are working for MTO, MRP will run background job and based on SO requirement planed order will create, then planed order will convert in to production order.

We have checked validity in BOM and validity is from 01.09.2019, I have given BOM and routing explosion date is 23.10.2019 in production order but still not reflecting, This issue in ECC and we are not using production version

Please provide more details on it,

Have you created production order manually? or converted from planned order?

Do you have same issue for MRP run too?

Are you on S4H or ECC?

Production version is required for BOM explosion in S/4HANA systems for the phantom material.
