Email not sent for SAP marketing cloud campaign

Hi All,

I have created a email campaign and it executed with out error but the email is not sent and shows as failure and outbound failed interaction got created.

What can be the reason of the email failure? Not able to find any reason.

Hi Selvam,

Please check outbound permissions for that contact and the whitelisting App if its a dev system.

Thanks for the reply.

For marketing permissions we will get a different error message like the below screenshot. But if you check my previous screenshot it is showing as failure. it is not giving any clear picture of the issue. Even the campaign is showing as executed.
