SAP Analytics Cloud and Marketing Cloud integration

Hi, I have successfully created a live connection between SAC and Marketing Cloud, added SAP Marketing Cloud content packages to SAC tenant, but I still can't see any Analytics Stories in Analytics and Report Gallery on the Marketing Cloud side. What could be the problem?

Hi,

It's very difficult to say what could have gone wrong with actually looking into the system but ideally this should be an issue with OAuth client configuration or registration between 2 systems.

This particular step can be found in help document here https://help.sap.com/viewer/0f9408e4921e4ba3bb4a7a1f75f837a7/1908.500/en-US/3164d452b44440b1bffd2fc3... especially step 2 onwards (considering tenant is hosted in SCP neo).

Another way of analyzing the issue could be, Open the developer console of the browser and in the network tab check the network call for "CUAN_ANA_GALLERY_SRV/Links" as a filter since this service is the onl which generates a target URL for SAC. If the oauth connectivity is working fine then you will be able to get the target URL as the one picked from the communication system of SAC (for content type name "Analytics Story").

Thanks for answer. Unfortunately, there is no such response with ContentTypeName:"Analytics Story", only "Operational Report". I've done every step according to the article you've provided. But I've looked in MKC logs and found that:

Update: on the SAC side I've found the reason - "Please ensure the SAP Analytics Cloud agent has been configured."
