WBS Element - excel Planning Layout maintenance issue

Dear All,

I am having a requirement to have CJR2 values populated using MS Excel. Luckily, I have found below blog, but am stuck at KP34 (Save excel layout in Planner profile). I am unable to get the 'Save as' option to be exact after following steps of Enable macros -> Save Excel layout - Save File description (tried these steps multiple times in other sequence as well).

System is just showing a blank screen once I click on File -> Save as (ref attached). Any pointers over here please?
